Raspberry Smoothie

What you need:

  • 2 cups of nonfat yogurt (we like Greek!)

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1/2 pint of red or black Champaign Berry Farm raspberries

  • 2 Tbsp of granola or grape nuts

 

Instructions: Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth. Top with granola or grape nuts.
